Purpose of this blog: I love to write. I especially love to write about things that I enjoy. I am constantly reading other blogs and websites, checking out the news of the day, fashion trends, what’s going on in pop culture and politics, and general what’s happening in other people’s lives. This is merely a space all of my interests can collide.

FAVORITES: Favorite Music: Generally 60s and 70s music. I love funk, soul & disco. I love cheesy early 90s club hits, sitar records, and french songs. I love anything with hand-claps and bongo drums. I love cover songs.I love new jack swing.

Some of my favorite bands/artists are: Prince, The Rev. Al Green, The Beatles, Prince, De La Soul, The Monkees, Steely Dan, Buffalo Springfield, Syd Barrett, Neil Young, T. Rex, The Rolling Stones, New Edition, Of Montreal, Cody ChesNUTT, James Brown, and The Bar Kays.

Favorite TV shows: Almost anything on Bravo! (I should be a gay man), VH1 & The Travel Channel, The Monkees, old Soul Train episodes. I watch MSNBC constantly, and every rerun of Sex and the City and America’s Next Top Model.
